Our current average delivery time for US, Australia and EU countries is 7-10 business days. If you do not receive your order within 15 business days, please check your mailbox and tracking number, then contact us and we will make sure to get your Finn in no time!

Upon order completion, you will receive an email and/or text message confirming your order. You will also receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number via email and/or text message once your package has been prepared for shipment. If you have questions about your order status or did not receive the email, please contact us.

Nope! Finn comes with a built in battery that can be charged with the included USB-C cable, so you don't have to worry about not being able to spend time with Finn. When plugged in, the light indicator will appear and what's great is that Finn can be still used while charging.

Finn is one of the coziest lamps you'll see. When powered on, Finn emits the 2800k warm light required to make you feel comfy.
